Mt. Yamnuska climb with Lisa

Headed up to Mt. Yamnuska on Monday with Lisa from Edmonton. It was her first multipitch climb and only her second time ever climbing outdoors but she did excellent on the climb thanks to lots of enthusiasm and determination!

We went up the West End of Yamnuska climbing 7 pitches up to 5.7. Thunderclouds brewed all day in the valley but we managed to avoid the rain until we were walking down after the climb.
